Twin Arms is a 217-suite non-profit-sponsored senior apartment building in Vancouver for low-income Seniors 55+ to live independently (no services provided). Located in the heart of Vancouver’s West End community, it offers 189 Studio suites and 28 One-Bedroom (Double Occupancy only) suites for rent to 55+ adults.

Twin Arms makes living downtown affordable for low-income individuals and couples (a declaration that income is below our maximum allowable will be required).

All rents include heat, hydro, hot water, and basic cable. Rents are subject to change without notice.
